About Kio
I personally believe tutoring is one of the most valuable opportunities for both the tutor and the tutee.
It offers the chance for a tutor to refine their application of knowledge and provides the tutee with an opportunity to have a more guided transition to be able to study at a higher and more complex level.
Being able to share my love for my favorite subjects with prospective students is what makes this job so much fun and rewarding.
I am bilingual and can teach in both English and Japanese fluently as well!

I value visual and practical learning over knowledge dumping from textbooks.
I have over 5 years of tutoring with all ages of children. I also have 2 years of experience teaching those with cognitive and learning disabilities and am very comfortable with different approaches to teaching.
Lessons will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, and will be tailored to the tires learning style and preference!
