About Sophie
I study biology and am currently interested in pursuing cell and molecular biology but also have an interest in animal behaviour. I loved maths at school and love an excuse to talk about maths and science whenever I can. I have tutored in the past and really enjoy being able to help people understand, and hopefully learn to love, their subjects.

My lessons will usually begin with covering content for a particular focus with an emphasis on recall and reinforcement of the students knowledge. Then we will work through questions, encouraging more and more independence. Working through questions has always worked best for me in my learning. This is often the best way to understand content and how to utilise it in exams. I understand how to do well in exams and can give advice on exam technique.
