About Isabelle

I love Math and Science! I fully understand how math and science can be frustrating at many times because I have been there. I have been through every struggle that you are coping with now. BUT I was blessed to have met a very enthusiastic and passionate teacher in my early high school days and she changed my whole perception and sowed the seed in my heart. Hence, I understand how a great tutor can make a difference in one’s life. And I hope to pass this passion on and help you with your Math and Science. As an academic record, I have achieved a straight 9A* in Cambridge IGCSE, graduated from Trinity College in Melbourne and am now a Biomedicine student in University of Melbourne (minimum ATAR 99).

About the lesson

My teaching method is 100% student-centered. I am very open and flexible in creating different explanations and learning steps thoroughly to ensure that the student understands it. I prepare my teaching materials responsibly well before each lesson. Meanwhile, I have been a tutor to my brother since his school days and I understand how teaching is not just to get the theory across but a test of patience. I also had a lot of experience with different tutors during my primary and high school days and am aware of the different teaching techniques which are only effective when appropriately practiced.
