About Bruce
My whole approach toward effective tutoring that will leave a long-term positive impact upon the student is designed upon building up the student's confidence to a much higher level than existed prior to tutoring. I offer consistent encouragement when it is called for. I provide constant reminders that no question asked is a dumb one. Through another national platform and since 2012, I have tutored throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area close to 790 hours in ORGANIC CHEMISTRY, 2,200 hours in High School and College CHEMISTRY and 600 hours in ALGEBRA 2 out of over 4,300 hours total. I have also accumulated close to 90 student reviews and over 900 individual lesson ratings at an average of 4.8 stars out of 5. I can also offer dietary nutritional counseling based upon the fact that I've created an international food pyramid designed around the eating habits of the healthiest and longest-lived populations on this planet.

My teaching techniques use both oral and visual methods of delivery and are designed to enhance one's critical thinking skills. Plenty of relevant example problems for both CHEMISTRY and MATH are provided both during tutoring sessions and in-between meetups. Because of my vast experience in the field of Chemistry, I view things through a wide-angle lens and am very patient with students, especially when it comes to repetition. Also, since I'm both nutritionally- and medically-oriented, I appeal to those students who are on Pre-med/PharmD/Pre-dental/CRNA tracks and can benefit from being trained in how to perform diagnostic thinking.
I will also help students with the General and Organic Chemistry and additionally the Math sections of the MCAT, PCAT and DAT.
