About Daniel
I have been involved in the music scene in Anchorage, AK for over a decade, performing in various groups and recording several albums. I am also currently a music student at the University of Alaska, learning under the instruction of Dr. Armin Abdihodzic. Having the experience as a performer and also academic knowledge, I can help you gain confidence in your own performance goals and work together to never feel uninspired.

I am looking to share the knowledge of music that I have gained, both from a performance and from an academic approach. Learning the technical side of an instrument you want to learn can be difficult, but that does not mean we can’t make it a fun process. I am very flexible as a tutor, willing to help you learn and understand music that you want to play, but also providing songs and pieces that I believe would be suited to help you advance in any particular technique. A typical lesson plan would include a technique and sight reading assessment, followed by performance preparation and building a practice routine suited to your lifestyle.
