About Azka

Hi,
I'm Azka, a highly qualified physiotherapist with a postgraduate degree in trauma sciences. With over three years of experience working in the medical field, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including, burns/ plastics, neuro/MSk, and more.

As a tutor, I'm dedicated to helping students in the subjects like biology, anatomy, and physiology as I facilitate the understanding of the topic through relatable and easy examples. I believe that the best way to learn is through a combination of practical and theoretical approaches. My hands-on experience in the field has provided me with unique insights into the challenges faced by patients and other healthcare professionals alike. Being a tutor, I use this knowledge to help my students develop a deep understanding of the subject.

About the lesson

Are you struggling to understand complex topics of anatomy? Let me simplify for you! I'll help you to gain the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed.

As a qualified physiotherapist with a post-graduate degree in trauma sciences, I have a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds to various types of injuries.

My teaching approach is centered on making complex topics easy to understand. I use a variety of teaching techniques, including, diagrams, quizzes, real-life examples, and flashcards, to help my students grasp difficult tasks. By breaking down complex concepts into manageable pieces, I help my students to build a strong foundation of knowledge and reasoning that they can implement in their studies and practice.

The typical length of the lesson is one hour, but I am flexible and can accommodate longer sessions if needed. During each lesson, I focus on the areas where my students need the most help, whether it's reviewing key concepts, working through preparing set or preparing for exams.

As a tutor, I'm highly qualified and experienced. In addition to my physiotherapy degree and postgraduate studies in trauma sciences, I've contributed as a lab demonstrator and teaching associate at the University of Birmingham. I've also successfully completed the practice educator training from the University of Worcester . I am passionate about teaching and helping students succeed, which is why I believe in customizing the teaching and learning lessons customized according to the student's preferences and learning styles.
