As a student myself, I understand the struggles of trying to learn something that just doesn’t make sense. I have 2 yrs experience tutoring and teaching at an afterschool program in multiple subjects: math, English, science, and social studies for k-12. Additionally, I privately tutored an international student virtually for English and homeschooled a third grader. I try to use interactive and hands-on learning styles catered to the student that engages them in the lessons. A typical lesson plan varies for the grade and subject, but will include the lesson, practice problems or questions to review, and homework assigned for the problems or reading that is not finished.
