About Liberty
I am an academic person at heart, with a range of social justice and political passions that have sparked my interest in humanities and social science subjects since early in secondary school. This passion for learning, and for social science in general, has pushed me all the way to the University of Cambridge! I am a First Year studying Human, Social and Political Sciences.
During sixth form, I peer mentored high achieving local Year 11 students to support them in reaching their full potential - I can offer excellent tutoring in practical exam and revision skills. This also contributed to more informal revision sessions I provided for peers in my A Level classes, which always seemed to help clarify elements that we had been studying. I also have little brothers who constantly need help with homework!

My teaching is approached from a near-peer standpoint, hoping to reduce the stresses and worries associated with learning and revision by offering a friendly, supportive guide through each task: by breaking down set work or revision courses into manageable pieces, I aim to both support students in the immediate areas of learning, as well as providing the tools for a more positive, effective approach to academics in the future.
