About Martin
I am excellent at teaching and I have done this for many years. I love teaching students.
I am comfortable with students having an area of difficulty in their study; and I like thinking it through with my students, to see how we can overcome any difficulties.
I expect students to put in their best, and I will not pretend they are.
If students do not value their lesson time, I will end being their tutor. Because I generally give my best in teaching a class or tutoring a student or students.
I like to teach students to the point that they can learn on their own: so that they can effectively teach themselves whatever we have covered in the past: that way they can speedily learn what follows-on from their prior learning.

In my 19 years of Tutoring and Teaching, each student is studied by me, and taught based on the specific Pedagogy that brings out the best (academic and character) results and discipline from them.
(Pedagogy is formed by an educator's teaching beliefs, and concerns the interplay between culture and different ways to learn).
In many Maths and Science students, the ability to understand the words used in each specialised subject, acts as a barrier to learning. So I help students build a language bridge between the words they use in their daily conversation and the words they need to use in their subjects.
For many years I have used my engineering experience to make it easier for students to understand and learn the principles of STEM subjects, as well as speed up their self learning process.
I teach for a minimum of 2 hours, with breaks to aid refreshing the mind.
I teach mainly secondary school students at GCSE level now, in Maths; Physics; Chemistry. In the past I taught A-level students and Teachers for their various exams successfully.
I have a Post Graduate teaching certificate from one of the best education faculty's and University in the world (UCL's Institute of Education) as a specialist in Physics with Maths and I also have a bachelor honours degree in Mechanical engineering from Coventry University, with Private tutoring experience for several years and secondary school teaching for several years.
