About Virginia Paige
I started teaching music privately 35 years ago (don't judge me haha I'm still pretty young!). I now spend my time teaching in classrooms and online, and am looking to tutor some students in order to supplement my income. I've been performing music for 45 years (I'm practically Jurassic haha!) and have tonnes of experience to rely on. The most important piece of information about me that you should know as a teacher is that I totally understand the feeling of wanting to be a singer and I will work hard to make you reach your full potential!

So you would like to sing? Let's do this! My lessons are focused on the individual student and will be based on what YOU want to accomplish, and what YOU are interested in. I'm a "techie" and love to include technology. In general we will discuss technique, range, styles, genres, and theory as these are all "key"components of music lessons. HOWEVER the most important part of any lesson is if you are having fun! If not, I'm doing something wrong. These lessons would be ideal for beginners to intermediate singers. I have a background in piano, composition, voice and choral directing and would love to help you reach your potential.
