About Katherine
I have a degree in a bachelor of Arts in Worship Studies which is a studies of music and the art of it involved in the Christian church atmosphere.
I also took classes in music and aural theory and singing lessons in my University for at least a year.
In my internship I have taught basic music terms to children in 3rd to 8th grade that are new to music or still learning.
I have experience playing with others in a band or church group. I am also willing to help give critiques in art and students with previous piano experience. Despite not having a teacher around to constantly give me lessons while I was first learning, I would like to give affordable lessons to students that want to learn and want to grow as a musician.

About the lesson

I give lessons to all ages and from beginner to advanced level.
I tutor based on the skills and understanding of my students. If my students is a beginner and in elementary level in learning music I will teach the basics in their level of understanding.
If my student is in a beginner level and is in high school, I will review what they already learned and dig more into the complicate structures such as how music is written and changes keys in the piece.
