I have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology. The most profound hobby in my life has been music. I began taking guitar lessons 10 years ago and I continue to practice most days of the week.

I believe that practice and experience is the only mechanism for self-improvement. I guide students toward establishing a strong personal practice by making music a fun and pleasant social/emotional/intellectual/spiritual outlet. Sheet music, tablature, and emulating me or videos will be the primary methods of teaching music. I can instruct students on how to read music if it is required.

Andrew was my tutor for my organic chemistry class. He did a great job at helping me understand and learn tough concepts. He encouraged collaboration and I was able to learn from my peers. He did a fantastic job at explaining concepts in many different ways, as well as showing visuals.
