About Adil

An Innovation Consultant and a Start-up founder with a Masters in Innovation management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, with an under graduation in business administration from Manipal University.

I believe learning should never seize and should be an ongoing process. As a result, I tend to devote some time daily to learn something. I love meeting new people and learning new things from them, so feel free to drop a message and share your story with me.

From the past five years, I have been working with a school in Rural India; this has given me hands-on experience of the Education system in Rural India. I am focused on putting my passions and skills to good use to acquire the necessary knowledge and skill-sets required to transform the education system in rural India.

My specialties include Innovation management, change management, research, business development, recruitment, teacher training, curriculum planning and development.

About the lesson

My Approach to teaching is purely based on the needs of the students. I am strong believer that one size fits all approach does not work in teaching. We are all unique and we have different ways of consuming knowledge. That being said a basic outline of my class would be as follows.

- Introduction to the topic
- Getting the insights of students on the topic
- Presentation/Videos about the topic
- Discussions on the topic
- Case studies or Relevant assignments so that you master the topic
- Additional readings will be sent to those who want to further improve the knowledge on the topic

My classes are intended for students of all levels (as long as you are interested in learning).

My Qualifications:
MSc Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (Distinction) - University of Manchester, Manchester, UK.
BBA (GPA 9.0) - Manipal University, Manipal, India.

P.S: If I don't know an answer ill be happy to tell that "I'm sorry, I don't know, can I get back to you tomorrow?" rather than giving you a wrong answer.
