About Riona
I’ve just finished first year of med school, so I’ve developed revision techniques that work for me and hopefully others too. I achieved four A*s and 9 9s at A-level and GCSEs. During secondary school and college, I’ve spent a lot of time teaching my friends and explaining maths questions they didn’t understand, alongside my own study.

1-2 hour lessons where we’ll choose a topic the student hadn’t understood well; I’ll try to give a better, clearer explanation and give them questions to solidify their understanding. If the student doesn’t have a topic, or would prefer to, I would run through a past paper to identify weaknesses in knowledge and exam technique, as well as work on tailoring their answers to the markscheme. This is for GCSE and A-Level content.
