About Ben

I have had experiences spanning engineering, the public sector, and academia - and reflecting on these experiences, I realise that none of them would have been possible without a strong foundation in mathematics. Now, as a maths teacher, I now strive to enable students to have the same opportunities I had, by teaching maths as best as I can to ensure you get the best results you can (and maybe have some fun along the way!)

About the lesson

I am passionate about teaching and will tailor my sessions to ensure students of all backgrounds and abilities are able to make as much progress as possible.

- I have studied mathematics education at masters level at the University of Oxford.
- I have a bachelors degree in economics and management from King’s College London.
- I have over 5 years experience as a maths tutor, at GCSE and A Level standard.
- I ensure my tutoring sessions are research-led, enabling all students to make maximum progress.
- I recognise everyone is different, and not everyone enjoys maths as much as I do, so always make sure to tailor sessions to individual students’ needs.
