About Claire
I’m passionate about hiking, running, and photography, and I love bringing that same energy into tutoring students from all around the world! As a math and physics student, I have a deep well of knowledge across lots of subjects like math, physics, biology, Latin, and handy study skills. I’ve also spent a lot of time working with students who have ADHD and dyslexia, and having completed the HSC (and some university studies in engineering, physics, and math) with ADHD and dyslexia myself, I understand the challenges firsthand. Education is something I truly believe everyone can enjoy and succeed at, and I’m excited to be working towards becoming a high school teacher after I graduate.

I understand that everyone learns maths differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit how you learn best. After figuring out your strengths and areas to improve within a topic, I create fun and effective sessions designed just for you. Whether that means working through practice problems, using visual aids, playing maths games, having discussions, or trying other learning methods, you’re always in control of how you learn. My lessons cover HSC syllabus content, problem-solving techniques, exam strategies, and time management skills. I bring personalised resources I create alongside professional textbooks and workbooks to support you every step of the way. Sessions usually run for at least 45 minutes and can be adapted to your pace. Over the years, many of my students have improved significantly, including some who topped their Maths cohort internally in 2024.
