About Finlay
I am a 1st Year Physics Student with experience tutoring high school students in the classroom (maths classes at my old high school). I enjoy discussing physics and maths topics and can provide an insight into how topics progress in further study, as well as explaining concepts and techniques. I will only be available outside of university term times due to the requirements of my own degree.

My preferred method is to ask questions around a topic to gradually guide the student to the answer themselves, rather than just presenting the information. Maths and Physics, in my opinion, are best understood when you discover them for yourself. That said, my teaching can adapt easily to whatever approach is required.
