About Melanie
I am a former sales director in the building materials and construction industry, and left my career a few years ago to homeschool my two boys. My undergraduate degree is in marketing and entrepreneurship from Syracuse University, I have my MBA from Vanderbilt, and my doctorate in education from Baylor University. I enjoy teaching at a few universities with courses in life cycle and email marketing, negotiation, and faith work and vocation. I also teach Dance and lead our youth group in our church, so I have plenty of experience with varying age groups. Working with me will ensure that you can reach your goals in a timely and effective manner and be able to apply the concepts long term and not just memorize them for the test.

I bring a wealth of academic knowledge, as well as practical application from both my career and my entrepreneurial pursuits. I currently work with elementary students and teach at a university so I can speak to all ages and generations as I have also taught and trained many adult learners. I meet you where you are in an effective way, utilizing both theory and practice to help you reach your goals and apply the content in a practical way in the long term.
