About Keira
I’m a sports science student at the University of Nottingham with a strong academic background in PE achieving a grade 9 at GCSE and an A* at A-level. Alongside my studies I play football, which helps me explain PE concepts using real, practical examples that students can relate to.
I’m patient, approachable and supportive and I aim to help students feel more confident in their understanding of PE.

My lessons are planned around the OCR GCSE and A level specification, ensuring students understand exactly what is required for their assessments. I break down topics such as movement analysis and biomechanics, exercise physiology, sports psychology and socio-cultural issues into clear, manageable sections. A strong focus is placed on applying theory to practical sports situations and answering exam questions. Lessons are adapted to each student's pace and goals, whether they need topic support, revision or help improving written responses.
