I strongly believe in small-setting learning environments where students can feel free to ask questions, try out different approaches to solving problems, and work through those approaches in a step-by-step manner that breaks the understanding process into bite-sized pieces for anyone to understand. I love using real world examples to illustrate tricky concepts, and I have found that this approach helps students visualize physics & mathematics in a different way than just "numbers and figures."
