University student in Mathematics gives Maths and Further Maths lessons to A Level Students in Coventry

I taught Declan Maths, where during his time at college he volunteered in maths GCSE re-sit classes helping to tutor students with maths, and he also ran a session for A-level students during one of his free periods, helping students prepare for their A-level maths exams. The feedback received from students about Declan was out-standing. Declan's knowledge of the subject, enthusiasm, and ability to communicate the work made him stand out as an ideal tutor.

As part of my degree I have to do a statistics module which is taught in large groups and therefore asking questions isn’t very easy for me. Declan, however was very patient and answered all of my questions (of which I had many)no matter how stupid they seemed without getting frustrated or annoyed. He was also willing to adapt to different learning styles and made sure I wasn’t getting overwhelmed with the content. Overall, a very kind and supportive tutor.
