About Eiley
I am a University of Tampa student majoring in International Business and Finance, and I have always enjoyed working with numbers and helping others understand challenging concepts. I am patient, organized, and encouraging, and I know that every student learns differently. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to help them understand the process so they can become more confident and independent in math.

I make math easier to understand by breaking problems down step by step and explaining the reasoning behind each part. My lessons are personalized to what each student is struggling with, whether that means reviewing homework, preparing for a test, or practicing new concepts. I focus on creating a patient and comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions. As a university student, I understand how frustrating math can feel and aim to explain it in a simple, relatable way. My lessons are best for elementary and middle school students who want extra support, stronger study habits, and more confidence in math.
