To begin with I get to know the students, what their strengths and weaknesses are and which topics they struggle with and then I plan a lesson based on those results to gage what they’re confident in and what needs working on. Once this has been identified I can then plan lessons around the progress gained with each lesson whilst at the same time keeping positive and patient and maintaining a steady pace which is comfortable for the student.
