My aim is to enable students to fully understand the content they are learning, rather than just teaching them tricks to memorize. Thus making them better prepared for trickier exam questions. I aim to do this by comparing my approach to a question to that of my pupil. That way I can identify gaps in their knowledge, allowing me to explain my own understanding of the material.
