About Gemma
I am a final year university student studying music, after my degree, I will be working towards my PGCE in primary schools.
I have supported primary school students with reading and maths and have taught clarient and music theory for 5 years. I have my grade 8 in both clarinet and music theory, I am still active in using maths through teaching it and am a big book worm!

I understand that each child has their own way of learning, and so I would make sure to understand the child's own way of learning and provide lessons that are best suited to that child.
My lessons can be between 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes with breaks where needed. I understand that with some extra learning requirements sitting for long periods of time so I would be more than happy to incorporate movement in my lessons to keep them engaged.
My lessons would be for 5 - 11-year-olds.
I have taught a variety of ages and abilities for 5 years tutoring in clarinet, music theory, maths and English.
