I would create units inspired by what my students are specifically looking to learn. I would have several sessions of working on those units and then have tests to help me know what areas the students are succeeding in and what areas they are struggling with. I won't skip to the next unit until the student feels confident in the one where they are, as the main priority for me is that they're learning. I would like to work with primary and early secondary school students.
