About Kayla
I am passionate about the Construction industry and am throughly enjoying my course. I studied hard in school and went to a Top 10 Catholic all girls high school, where they taught us the importance of hard work and dedication.
When I was younger, I struggled in math, however through tutoring services I was able to strengthen not only my understanding but ability to work hard and overcome obstacles.
I only hope to instill the same lessons in my students as well as helping them achieve the best results they can.
Tutoring is truly one of the most rewarding professions and that's why I have such a passion for it.
With my 5+ years of experience tutoring both primary and high school students, as well as my results in HSC and experience in University - I believe I have a lot to offer my students in both my teaching abilities, passions, teaching techniques and processes.

When I tutor students I focus on having them understand the concept to ensure they have a solid foundation. This will help them perform better in many questions types and ultimately improve not only their grades but their love for learning.
I have been tutoring for 5 years - started tutoring primary school grades in Year 10 and once the completion of my HSC, I have moved to higher grades.
I am currently in my 2nd year at UTS, studying Construction Project Management at UTS and recieved a 93% ATAR in my HSC 2020.
My lessons are for primary and high school grades.
Primary school lessons - English, Math, Science
High school lessons - Math Standard, Business Studies, Economics
Each lesson length will be 30 mins- 2 hours, depending on what you are after and the attention span of the student.
