About Livia
I am a computer science graduate with a passion for languages since I was a child. I started studying English in elementary school and I continued throughout my school career, attending a private mother tongue English school for a few years to be able to take PET, and then participate in two study holidays in England during high school, to then achieve FIRST. I'm studying to achieve the CPE (Proficiency, C2). Most of my vocabulary was self-taught through reading, music and films in original language.

I like to approach each student in a slightly different way so that I can respond to everyone's needs. Usually, working with students, I prefer to start from the teaching material provided by their schools, so as to be able to guarantee continuity and strengthen what has already been explained, often trying to motivate the topics covered in class. With adults who want to strengthen their knowledge, I like to start from literature texts or newspaper articles to open a discussion on vocabulary and the correct use of grammar, possibly speaking completely in language. Lessons are comfortably held from home using Hangouts or Zoom.
