About Norildeen
I am an Electrical Engineering student at Stony Brook University. Aside for loving to make small gadgets and gizmos, I enjoy playing/watching sports, playing music, cooking, watching shows/movies, playing with my cat, etc. I also love to learn. I am very patient when it comes to understanding topics, whether its with myself or my students.
I have been tutoring students in various academic subjects for about 2 years. In my first school, Brooklyn College, I assisted a Physics Professor and held solo/group study/review sessions in Physics II subjects (Kinematics, Energy, Circuit Analysis, Magnetism, etc). In my current school, Stony Brook University, I assist a Digital System Design Professor and hold sessions in Engineering subjects (Digital Design mostly). Furthermore, I have performed private tutoring in most areas in math (Algebra, Trig, Calc, etc) and science (Chemistry). Overall I believe I have the characteristics and experience of a great tutor.

I believe the best way a student can truly learn is through practice. My lesson plans is more "on the job learning". I'll do questions from a textbook (free hopefully) or from online. I will do most of the first questions for you, teaching you through the examples. My goal is to assess the student's current understanding of the topic by determining where exactly the student is struggling. After several problems, the student should be able to guide ME through the problems, explaining every step along the way.
