About Shree

I have always had an interest in education for as long as I can remember, whether that was to receive it or impart it. The majority of my previous students have seen a drastic improvement in their grades at school, regardless of their age. I have taught (and continue to teach!) at many different established institutions, such as Kumon and Varsity Tutors, and I own my very own tutoring company as well. I am an incredibly experienced tutor and I have no doubt that my future students on this platform will feel the same as well.

About the lesson

I typically start my lessons by asking the student about their history and comfortability with the subject, before then inquiring about what specifically they would like to cover. In the event that it is a general overview, I conduct a diagnostic exam in order to gain further detail about how I can assist the student. My lessons are for anyone open to accepting assistance from me, and I am always open to feedback and communication with the student and their network. Instead of our conversation going one way (myself teaching and the student listening), I typically like to engage the student by asking if they have other ideas about solving the problem, or trying various methods myself in case my initial methods aren't as helpful. I like to think that I learn just as much from my student as I teach.
