About Eleanor
I’m currently in the first year of my undergraduate degree, majoring in Mathematics and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am hoping to go into Biochemical research and Biotechnology after finishing my undergraduate degree. I am interested in research opportunities and learning new skills from other experienced members of the scientific community. I have been working as a HSC Dance Tutor from 2019 to present day, specifying in Major Performance, with skills for Interview, Appreciation, Composition and Performance Tasks. Upon finishing the HSC, I received exceptional results and was awarded the NESA certificate for high achievement in Major Study Performance, selected to perform at the Arts Department Callbacks2018 and Callbacks2019 performance showcase. I focus closely with students to develop the necessary interview skills and performance criteria to succeed in the HSC Dance examinations.

My approach to teaching is to create a calm, non-judgmental environment in which students feel safe to ask questions and engage with the Chemistry Syllabus material in a method that best suits them. I understand that students all have their own individual method to learning, and so I would aim to accommodate for them, proving feedback and additional work to support them through the HSC.
