About Jenny
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics and later completed a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Sydney. I have a strong quantitative background and enjoy explaining mathematical concepts in a clear, patient, and approachable way. I understand that students learn at different speeds, and I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin.

I offer personalized math tutoring for students in Grades 8–10 following the BC curriculum. I can help with homework, test preparation, problem-solving, and strengthening foundational math skills. My goal is to help students understand why a method works instead of simply memorizing formulas. Lessons are adapted to each student’s level and learning pace. I can teach in both English and Mandarin.
