About Ayaan
Hi! I’m Ayaan, a student at the University of Toronto with a strong academic background and a passion for helping others succeed. I offer tutoring in Math, Language Arts, and Biology for middle school and high school students. My goal is to make learning feel clear and achievable. I explain topics step by step, use real-life examples, and adjust my teaching style based on how you learn best. I’m patient, supportive, and always open to questions—there’s no such thing as a bad one! With experience helping peers and younger students, I know how to build confidence and make challenging subjects easier to understand. As a tutor, I focus on making learning easy to understand and enjoyable. I take time to learn how each student learns best, then adjust my teaching to fit their needs. I explain ideas in simple steps and use examples to help students really get the concept.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, then we go through new material together. I ask questions, give practice problems, and make sure the student feels confident before moving on.
What sets me apart is that I’m patient, encouraging, and I always make sure students feel comfortable asking questions.
