About Anna
Hello, my name is Anna, and I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with 2.5 years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits. I’ve worked primarily in one-on-one settings but also have experience coaching duets and small groups, always tailoring sessions to meet individual needs within any format. With a background in bodybuilding, gymnastics, and competitive fitness, I bring both technical knowledge and creative programming to every session. I’ve successfully trained clients ranging from 20 to 90 years old — from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to experienced athletes looking to level up. My coaching style is supportive, educational, and results-driven. No matter your goal — strength, mobility, fat loss, muscle gain, or improved performance — I’m here to guide you with purpose and accountability.

My personal training sessions are tailored to every level — from absolute beginners to competitive athletes. With years of experience coaching clients ages 20 to 90, I design programs that meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re new to exercise, returning after injury, or chasing peak performance.
Each session is structured with a focus on proper technique, progressive overload, and sustainable results. We start with mobility and activation, move into strength or skill-based training, and finish with conditioning or recovery work — all based on your unique goals and limitations. I emphasize education during training so you not only see results but understand the why behind every movement.
What sets me apart is my background in bodybuilding, gymnastics, and competitive fitness, combined with a compassionate and adaptable coaching style. I know how to push you safely and effectively, while keeping the experience positive and empowering.
Whether you're looking to build strength, lose fat, improve mobility, or gain confidence in the gym, my sessions are designed to make you feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way.
