About Paulina

As a seasoned piano and vocal coach, I've conducted both one-to-one and group lessons in London and online, catering to diverse age groups—from young children to adults. With a rich background that includes voice workshops for teenagers, exam preparation, and notable recognition in the "Szansa na Sukces" TV singing competition, I bring a wealth of experience. My musical journey, which began at age 7 with piano and 13 with singing, includes extensive performance in many settings across Poland, the UK, and the US. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance and Production and a Master’s degree in Composing for Film and Television, I believe in the importance of versatility and continuous learning. Every dream starts with an idea - turn that idea into your goal. Good organisation, detailed plan, commitment and hard work will help you achieve it. About the lesson

-My foremost goal is to keep students motivated and engaged. I tailor methods to age and needs, integrating games, varied exercises, and theory breaks. I show students exactly how to practise and send them videos after lessons, so they can review the exercises and practise along in their own time. Also - if I can see they're not enjoying the piece - we change it! There are so many options at the moment, no need to play something that is demotivating the student! -With a Bachelor's and Master's in Music, I bring 8 years of versatile teaching experience across various settings, including public and private schools, as well as one-to-one and group instruction, both online and face-to-face. -Sessions, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes based on age and grade, cater to all levels – from beginners to advanced. You can choose if you prefer to follow grades (ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool etc) or if you'd rather pick your own pieces and progress in your own time. -I use highest speed internet connection, high quality equipment and Zoom subscription for the classes, but if students prefer a different platform, we can discuss.

I highly recommend Paulina as a yoga teacher! She has been teaching me for around 5 years now and I've done incredible progress. She is always patient and very creative. The classes are fun and I'm motivated to practice more. She is also understanding and flexible which is such an important factor for me, as sometimes being busy with work I have to reschedule lessons. As long as I give her enough notice, we can usually find a new date for the lesson. Very positive experience!

Best tutor I've had so far - I've been playing drums for a long time and last year I decided to start learning piano. I tried 3 different tutors before but none of them could help with my lack of focus and I felt discouraged. Finally, I started lessons with Paulina and was positively surprised! She quickly adjusted the exercises and chose pieces that I could actually manage to play within few practice sessions. Great online lessons and she's sending more practice content afterwards. I highly recommend Paulina as a piano tutor!

Paulina has been teaching our two kids since the pandemic since they were 9 and 6. They started with her online after having had in-person lessons at another school and liked her best. Paulina is extremely enthusiastic, keeps the kids' attentions and gives them clear and precise guidance. She has impressed us with her organisational skills and professionalism throughout the years, sending detailed notes after each lesson, listening to recordings and taking the time to provide gradings (which are almost always spot on for the actual exams) and providing detailed and precise comments to each child. Our son has scored multiple distinctions in piano and our daughter's first exam was on the cusp of a distinction also. Paulina is dedicated to her work and is one of the best tutors we have had for the children, so much that we kept online lessons even when she moved too far to come in person. We thoroughly recommend Paulina as one of the best tutors in her field.
