Are you ready to rediscover your true self through dance? At 3 Be3ts, I offer high-energy, judgment-free dance experiences that build confidence, expression, and connection. My unique 3 Be3ts Method is a transformative dance system rooted in Life, Culture, and Well-Being.
Unlike typical dance lessons, in just one hour, you'll embark on a journey to unlock the movements from within. In our sessions, I'll help you connect with your body, feel the music, and express your unique style.

All sessions include fully-licensed music, provided speakers and music for every session, a unique footprint and layout to your bespoke signature 3 Be3ts Method, and digital files fully accessible and shared in the cloud (via Google Drive and Spotify)*.
Highly recommended: Your location has at least an 8 ft x 8 ft space that is clear and safe for dance movement. This includes your own space for web/online sessions.
*Digital files include online access to PDFs, music playlists, and a limited amount of videos and pictures. Access to these digital files is 24/7/365 and for a lifetime as long as 3 Be3ts keeps on dancing (which will be forever).
