I've been involved in health and fitness for longer than I can remember. It took me 45 years to realise the truth about exercise, and when I did, I turned my back on the mainstream fabrications.

I walked away from a thriving business in London at one of the UK's top personal training studios because I could no longer, at 50 years old, deceive people into believing a falsehood.

- 20+ years running a successful training and rehab business in London.
- Worked with top personal trainers and studios across the UK.
- An experienced black belt in martial arts and coach in American Football and Rugby.
- Served in elite-level athletics from 2009 - 2012 Olympics and trained under world-renowned therapists and trainers.
- 45 years exercise experience
- Body Building, weight training, sprinting, power lifting, kettlebells, clubs, calisthenics the list is endless.

Most of all I'm a real, down-to-earth very genuine person who's able to adapt to any situation and to any individual.

I bring a level of maturity to the exercise and fitness world that is sadly lacking, so what I loose in terms of a ripped six pack I make up for in knowledge and understanding.

Details

Sessions are normally £15 for 30 minutes but may run over by 10 minutes at no extra cost. You wont need any more than 30 minutes. You will be responsible for your gym work and check in with me on how it's going so we can make any changes as necessary. There may be some slightly longer sessions initially, so I am satisfied you are able to grasp the concepts of high-intensity exercise training.
