About Sharon
I'm not your average "rah-rah" cheerleader. I'm a no-nonsense goal-achieving machine in human form. Forget fluffy pep talks and endless brainstorming sessions. I cut through the BS and deliver actionable strategies, laser-focused coaching, and a kick in the pants when you need it. You may ask why? Because I am a self-confessed work-a-holic. A top performer. A high-achiever. I have burned out many times to finally learn how to work smart, and not just hard, leading to a healthier more balanced life whilst still performing at my best being an ambitious passionate person. Now I help others to unleash their full potential and be the best versions of themselves. My ambition has led me to several life achievement awards: - Employees employee of the year 2023 - Leadership team employee of the year 2023 - Smoothest running project of the Year 2023 - Industry 30 under 30 2018 - Best business support nominee 2017 - Most improved player of the year 2013 - Most improved player of the year 2012 - Employee of the month 2011 - Employee spotlight (x2) My profession is within the built environment (BA Hons), working on projects with various teams within the city. I have a background in mentoring in schools as well as university students, graduates and young professionals in the early stages of their careers. In my spare time I am active, I volunteer in schools inspiring young people and travel when possible. I have worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds and have experience leading teams to success and winning awards. I currently am studying as part of the Chartered Management Institute. My clients: Ambitious students, graduates and young professionals roaring to get ahead or tired of treading water in their careers. They are creative minds seeking to silence the inner critic and unleash their brilliance.
