I graduated high school with a 96% in calculus and over a 90% average overall — but more importantly, I know how to make these subjects make sense for anyone, no matter their starting point. As a tutor with a strong background in calculus, physics, chemistry, and math overall, my approach is centered around making complex concepts feel simple, practical, and even enjoyable. I believe that understanding should always come before memorization — once a student truly understands, the grades follow naturally.
I break down problems into intuitive steps, using real-world analogies to help students visualize and relate to the concepts.
I use active recall and spaced repetition strategies to help information stick long-term.
I teach students how to think like problem-solvers — not just how to pass a test, but how to build real confidence in the subject.
