I offer personalized, online math tutoring for high school students, focusing on understanding core concepts and building confidence. My approach is hands-on—breaking down complex topics with simple explanations and practice problems. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs, whether for homework help, test prep, or mastering challenging material. I believe in making math relatable and fun, drawing on my recent experience as a high school graduate heading into UofT Life Sci. My goal is to help students not just learn but truly understand and enjoy math.

I can tell Ryan puts hard work and dedication into his work with how he excells in his understanding of complex topics and the ability to teach others..
Ryan has always been a very ambitious and goal-oriented student throughout high school, and he never refuses to help others when they ask him. His achievements in courses like advanced functions, calculus, and various sciences are very impressive and he would make an excellent tutor to those in need.
Ryan is a determined caring and trustworthy individual, who’s helping hand allowed for my academic success. His caring, interesting yet educational teaching style was extremely beneficial towards my success.
Me and Ryan met through a mutual friend, although my initial interaction with him purely consisted of only getting to understand maths better. Soon I realized that his teaching style really changed how I learned overall, obviously it may not work for everyone but he still suggested me many studying strategies and tips. He helped me throughout the entire process not only as my tutor but more so as a friend. If you want a tutor that would treat you as a friend while also helping you understand a specific subject, Ryan is the person to go to. Would definitely recommend him to everyone.
Ryan is the best math tutor and a better teacher than my actual teacher! He helps me to understand concepts that my teacher would have trouble explaining. Ryan also has a good attitude and teaches with great passion.
To begin with how me and Ryan met, we shared Anthropology and physics classes in grade 11, the Advanced functions and English in grade 12. Ryan is simply superb in the field of mathematics. His high school grades were consistent with the best students in our school, striking mid-high 90s, proving he knows his craft. On top of that Ryan has shown an immense amount of love and dedication for his craft, pouring in the necessary time and effort, even if it meant sacrificing his own enjoyment for the sake of his responsibility as a student. Ryan is also a very social person and easy to connect and relate to for many people, ensuring he will have a positive relationship with the students he will teach, his colleagues, boss, etc.
