About Ameera
Hey there! I'm Ameera, just an average university student with a little bit of everything going on. Academics and intellectual activities like chess are my strong suits but I dabble in a lot of things. I love public speaking and debates, and you can often find me at Model UNs :). And when I’m not busy with these, music is a huge passion of mine, whether it's dancing, singing, or playing instruments.

Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think. Everyone has different opinions and minds of their own and I believe it is important to tailor education to individual needs.
I am interested in teaching Mathematics up to Class 12, having scored a centum in Class 10 and 90%+ in Class 12. I am also comfortable working with students who need additional practice or support in building their confidence in Mathematics.
Having experience in teaching underprivileged and underperforming children, I believe me to be capable of breaking down quantitative concepts into simple and practical concepts for students.
As a university student studying Financial Mathematics and Economics, I have a strong interest in mathematics and enjoy finding practical ways to explain it. Since I am still a student myself, I understand that maths can sometimes feel confusing or intimidating and my job is to ease the confusion.
I also love making my classes interactive with activities to build a bond which opens up students to asking questions and exploring the field.
