About Madison
Throughout my high school years, I’ve learned that not everything can be mastered in a single session. That’s why I encourage students to write down the concepts they need help with and revisit them in our next session when they’re ready. This helps create a learning environment that values progress over rushing.
I’ve also learned that building a positive connection is an important part of learning. When students associate learning with encouraging and enjoyable experiences, they’re often more likely to remember and apply what they’ve learned. I strive to create a supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
While I value building strong connections with my students, I also maintain professional boundaries and keep my personal life separate to ensure a respectful and focused learning environment.

Every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to fit their individual learning style. I work with students to discover the teaching methods that help them understand concepts, build confidence, and retain information long-term. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I earned a score of 4 on the AP Precalculus exam and have experience tutoring both classmates and younger siblings in Algebra and Geometry. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for a test, or strengthening their math skills, I’m committed to making each lesson clear, engaging, and productive.
