About the lesson

Hi, I’m Yihang. My college prep lessons follow a simple loop: clarity, practice, and feedback. I translate complex ideas into plain language, model solutions out loud, and use visual organizers to show how each step connects. Then we apply the concept to realistic tasks—exam-style questions, mini-mocks, or essay prompts—so you learn by doing, not memorizing.

A typical session starts with a quick check-in on goals and deadlines, followed by a focused walkthrough of one high-impact concept. We move into guided practice where I prompt your reasoning and help you build a repeatable approach. We finish with a brief timed drill or draft segment and a concise plan for what to practice next. After each lesson you’ll receive structured notes, a short recap, and a progress scorecard that makes improvement measurable.

What sets me apart is an accessibility-first teaching style—clear pacing, captioned or written recaps, and flexible strategies for different learning preferences—plus calm, actionable feedback that builds confidence.
