Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a Year 5 teacher with over 5 years of experience helping children grow in Maths, Reading, and Writing. I love making lessons fun, engaging, and easy to understand, so every child can feel confident and proud of their progress. I know that every student learns differently, which is why I tailor my teaching to suit each child’s needs, helping them overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements along the way. My lessons are designed not just to improve SATs skills, but also to build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. I offer structured, engaging lessons designed to build confidence and improve skills in Maths, Reading, and Writing. Using a combination of step-by-step teaching, interactive practice, and targeted strategies, I help children understand tricky concepts and practise exam-style questions in a supportive, encouraging environment. Lesson Length: Typically 60 minutes, tailored to your child’s pace. Experience & Qualifications: I am an Upper Key Stage 2 teacher with 5 years of full-time classroom experience, specialising in preparation and literacy/numeracy development. Who the Lessons Are For: Children who are aged 8–11 who want to strengthen their SATs skills and build confidence before the exams. Lessons are personalised to each child’s needs, combining clear explanations, practical activities, and regular feedback to ensure steady progress.
