About Pedro
Twenty-two years gigging in the South shaped my playing style. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music from the University of Southern California. Starting out in local open mics led me to teaching 9 years ago.
I cover power chords, acoustic technique, and music theory along with reading tabs. You will also get help with improvisation, soloing, ear training, and barre chords. I work with folks who need structured strumming patterns. My approach is simple and clear.

My 9 years of performing inform how we tackle challenges during our time together. We keep things grounded in the gospel and blues traditions.
I focus on what makes a song feel alive under your fingers. Expect to walk away with a fresh rhythm or a new way to hear a chord change. It really is that straightforward.
