About Irena
Moved to the UK and project-managed the renovation of a bar and associated accommodation on a busy street in a major town in Cornwall, seeking to achieve a personal goal of mine. The renovation was finished within budget but due to the on-going effects of Covid-19, there has been no way to open and of continuing the project. During this time, I have also worked within translation for multiple clients including EU funded development agencies based in Bulgaria.
In Germany i used to work for the gouvernment as part of an international team dealing with multiple customer service issues in English, German, Bulgarian and Russian, regularly switching between them.
I am very interested in people, languages and different cultures and arts. Gardening is making me very happy too.

first steps: introduction, first steps with simple things like food, asking for a description, spelling, writing, etc. Each session is well prepared with different topics in order to convey the understanding not about the school language but more about the "modern" language "German, explain the German culture, variable topics that can be discussed with the students, what really interests them, the opportunity to ask questions and be available for corrections, to explain new concepts and to keep the students involved.
