I am shreya. I have diploma in Yoga. I have six month teaching experience. I have taken regular Practicle kids class. In pandemic where people had breathing problem i gave them special breathing classes. Yoga meditation is the practice where we meet the suprem power. This is the best practices to pure your soul. My method to teach yoga is very simple and easy to understand. It has many levels which helps to differentiate between the poses to know the worth. Best way to learn yoga is to practice, practice, practice,... till the perfection comes. Start from the easy one and continue till you do hardest one you like.
