About Gehad

I am a UWA Master Student of Architecture

Originally I am from Alexandria, Egypt.

In 2014 l graduated as Environmental engineer , worked as graduate for more than 5 years.

In 2017 l had my own small business with my friends. We started a sustainable design hub to make green and up-cycled furniture .

I love to travel a lot . I attended two International Architecture internships with two different Universities one is Cardiff university in England, other with BTK University in Berlin.

I am specialized in Urban design now , but l have a great interest in other Architectural areas , such as Housing specially the community driven housing , History of Architecture, and interior design

I developed My design and drawing skills by practising for more than 8 years and teaching for more than 4 years. And l found great satisfaction in teaching as it’s a good way to pass what l know l, stay in field but also learn from the students all the time.

Outside of Architecture like reading ( book worm really ), painting and do long hikes in perth hills.

About the lesson

Architecture Design classes is an ideal course for Architecture university students Or for those Who prepare to be one. who are interested in preparing a portfolio of architecture or seeking to renew, develop drawing skills for their projects and interested in expanding methods of representation.Or just seeking help with drafting and drawing software to produce their work in a neat way using photoshop, illustrator,CAD,Revit.

My lessons focuses on the Design thinking approach and teaching different ways to go through your design starting from conceptual ideas until the presentation techniques going through how to prepare your project for folio time.
