I employ a student-centered approach where I adapt my lessons based on the learner's pace and preferred learning style. I integrate real-world applications of the material to make lessons more relatable, especially for subjects like English and Math. I also use interactive methods such as discussions, problem-solving exercises, and visual aids to reinforce learning. Encouragement of active participation helps students not only understand the concepts but also retain them longer. I emphasize cultural integration where applicable, especially for international students, to make them feel comfortable with the subject and their learning environment.
