About Saad
I am a recent VCE graduate with a strong academic record, achieving a 99.25 ATAR and Subject Dux in both General Mathematics and Accounting. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne and aim to major in Mechanical Engineering Systems.
I chose to tutor because I understand the impact that the right support can have on a student’s academic journey, having taken tuition myself when I was younger. Having recently completed VCE, I’ve seen how clear explanations and consistent guidance can make a real difference in both understanding and performance.
I take a structured and reliable approach, focusing on clarity and steady improvement. I also have experience mentoring younger students and supporting peers, which has helped me develop a patient and approachable teaching style. I aim to create a focused environment where students can build confidence and improve their results over time, establishing a positive work ethic that can expand to all aspects of life.

My lessons are structured around building clear understanding and strong exam technique. I focus on breaking down concepts into simple steps, followed by targeted practice using textbook and exam-style questions to address potential weaknesses. Lessons typically run for 60 minutes or 90 minutes and repeat weekly to ensure consistent learning.
I provide personalized notes, tailored weekly worksheets for each student, and a shared online workspace with all lesson materials. I also offer a consolidated and thorough exam resource closer to assessments and (most importantly!) the exam.
I am a 99.25 ATAR graduate and Subject Dux in General Mathematics and Accounting, with experience tutoring as a subcontractor for 2 online tuition companies, as well as work for an in-person tuition center in Melbourne. My lessons are suited for students in Years 10–12 studying VCE General Mathematics or Physics, as well as Yr 7-9 Math and Science support.
